All other products and company names are the trademarks, registered trademarks, and service marks of the respective owners.

ACIT reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these conditions of use and additional terms or notices posted on the ACIT website. Your continued access of this website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit ACIT or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and thereby you are consenting to receive communications from us electronically or by other means available. We will communicate with you electronically, by telephone or by any other means of communications. It is further understood that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

BATCH CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • Please keep ACIT admin team updated in advance, if you cannot attend a class. ACITwill confirm your cancellation or re-take batch option on case to case basis.


  • Refunds for courses are not permitted for any reason. If you cannot attend a batch & you notify ACIT in writing at least 7 days before the course start date, you can be postponed to the next available batch depending on the seat availability. Every course comes with an expiry date from the date of your admission. Kindly check with the admin team to know your admission validity for specific courses. No extra charged would be applicable to the student if he is under the course validity and request for a postponement or repetition of the batch.


  • ACIT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. ACIT shall not be liable for lost travel expenses or any other expenses related to a cancelled batch or service. Courses whose dates are shifted no more than 60 days, ahead or back, from the original date shall be considered "rescheduled," not "cancelled".ACIT is not liable for any expenses incurred as a result of the rescheduled course.


  • STUDENTS ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

    • If any training or practice formality requires you to open an online or personal account with ACIT, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as needed within the registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.


    • You agree to notify ACITadmin immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ACIT will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by ACIT that result from someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time.


    WEB OR E-PRODUCTS RULES

    All e-product purchases and pre-orders, including but not limited to lab workbooks, WebEx training, online rack rental are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable to any third party unless approved by ACIT management team. Electronic accounts suspected of being used by any party other than the purchaser or single intended recipient are subject to revocation without prior notice at the complete and sole discretion of ACIT. Accounts suspended in this manner will not be eligible for refund or any alternate form of the subscription. All electronic products are subject to copy-protection schemes, including, but not limited to, passwords, dynamic URLs, and unique and irremovable watermarks. Any discounts, price modifications, or special deals offered by our Sales team associates or website are valid only when purchased directly through acit.in by the end user and are not valid through any of ACIT's affiliates, partners, or resellers.

    HARD COPIES OR PRINTED DOCUMENTS

    All printed product sales, including but not limited to lab workbooks, are final and nonrefundable. Exchange is permitted for the same product due to a damaged shipment within 48 hours of receipt by the customer. Return and exchange shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer, except at the discretion of ACIT. Any discounts, price modifications, or special deals offered by our Sales team associates or website are valid only when purchased directly through acit.in by the end user and are not valid through any of ACIT's affiliates, partners, or resellers.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    We accept varied type of transactions mode for payments. Students opting for personal or e-products purchase can make the payment by Cash, Cheques, Online or Wire transfer, Credit or Debit card. Additional charges would be applicable for credit card or debit card or wire transfer as per the norms from respective banks or country norms. Late penalty will be added to all invoices not paid by the due date.Any discounts, price modifications, or special deals offered by our Sales team associates or website are valid only when purchased directly through acit.in by the end user and are not valid through any of ACIT's affiliates, partners, or resellers.

    PRICE CHANGES & REFUNDS

    Product pricing is subject to change without notice. Special pricing would be applicable only during the specified time of the offer and cannot be clubbed or reclaimed for the admission done before or after the discount scheme. The payment made is nontransferable and expires within a specified time applicable for the course. Non-usage from the student cannot be considered for a refund. All sales, including pre-orders, are final and nonrefundable, except at ACIT's sole discretion on case to case basis. Kindly check ACIT's refund policy before the admission process for more clarity.

    INVOICE & BILL

    • All pricing found on www.acit.in is specifically designated to residents of India. All other non-India-resident client can calculate the conversion of Indian rupees to their respective country currency denominations or contact the ACIT's sales team for exact conversion and approval before the payment is done. We will be having different pricing of the course if the training has to be conducted out of India or any corporate batches.


    • Post the payment make sure you receive the invoice copy from ACIT's sales team for further communication or as a proof for your complaints / refunds / admission related queries. Without the invoice or payment confirmation document, claims from the students regarding all the aspects of ACIT's services will be dismissed as lack of proof.


    CONTENT UPDATES

    To make sure the candidates don't lose their training investment, we have an unusual long time frame allocated to the student validity of the course. Any update changes from CISCO/Microsoft will have a prior notice from them and is informed to the students before enrolling to plan their course well in advance and finish their practice and exams prior to the version change. ACIT will not consider students for a course extension due to version change. However on case to case basis ACIT can consider them for a repetition of batch on the new version.

    SPECIAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODE

    Special offer and discount code may be issued in a variety of cases. You can use this special offers and discount code for the new admissions and cannot be clubbed or utilized for the existing admissions. The terms and conditions of any promotional offer are set out in the promotional material for such offer, which may vary from our standard terms and conditions. This special offersand discount codes may not be converted into a cash refund under any circumstance.

    RACK RENTALS

    • Rack rental sales are final and nonrefundable. Once the rack slots are booked, rescheduling of rental dates are not permitted. Cancellations of rack rental are ineligible for refunds or adjustment towards other ACIT services, except at the discretion of ACIT. No warranty is given or liability is incurred by ACIT related to the functionality or access to equipment during the said rental period. Credit related to equipment problems or reissue of a new slot may be given at the discretion of ACIT depending on the nature of the problem.


    • Usage of the racks for practice by Internal ACIT students is free and is governed by the policies for rack access mentioned during the admission process. Kindly check with the admin team for internal rack access policies like creation, deletion. Modifications, access and use of racks.
